I'm always a little skeptical about attempts to quantify health-faith connections, but this article made me think about hope and the faith that what we see is not the limit of the possible. I certainly pray that our services make hope more possible in the lives of those who attend St. Mary's.

CHICAGO (Reuters) – Regular attendance at religious services is associated with a more optimistic outlook and a lesser inclination to be depressed , compared to those who do not attend services at all, a study concluded on Thursday.
