Parish Potluck & Meeting with Bishop Bruce – Saturday, Oct. 16, 2010, 12-2pm

We are pleased to announce that our new Bishop for Multicultural Ministries has agreed to meet with St. Mary’s congregation as we continue this transitional time.  Since all of the Bishops’ Sunday visitation schedules are set, she reworked her calendar to be with us on Saturday, October 16 from noon – 2 pm. Bishop Diane brings a unique perspective to our rector search process since she served a bilingual congregation in San Clemente while revitalizing the parish ministry and increasing attendance and pledges. She is also fluent in five languages!!

Everyone is asked to be here for this event–it will be a parish potluck so bring your favorite dishes. The Women of St. Mary’s are being asked to help with setting up for the potluck.

Note:  The correct time is 12:00 – 2:00pm.
